Mrs. Garthwaite, M.Ed., has taught at SSPP for 27 years, including 13 years as a reading specialist. She believes that reading is thinking and that all children want to learn, some just need a bit more help. She loves to spend time with her family and watching her garden and grandchildren grow brings her no end of delight.
