Submit an application:
- A completed school application form
- $100 non-refundable application fee
- A copy of the child’s birth certificate
- A copy of the child’s baptismal certificate (if baptized Catholic)
- For incoming Kindergarten students, give the Preschool Recommendation Form to your child’s preschool.
- For grades 1 – 8, submit copies of your child’s report cards from the past two years from their current school.
Incoming Kindergarten Assessments:
A child must be five years old by September 1st to be eligible for SSPP School’s Kindergarten Class. After an application has been submitted, an appointment for the Kindergarten Readiness Assessment will be scheduled. Kindergarten acceptances and enrollment are based on a rolling admissions process.
Incoming 1st – 8th grade Assessments:
We accept applications for new and mid-year transfer students to our 1st-8th grades throughout the school year. Once an application is submitted, the respective grade-level teacher(s) will schedule a shadow visit at our school.
